AI Coffee Fail uses account information for sign-in and can store a pre-sign-in draft in the browser for up to 24 hours. When checkout and live generation are unavailable, a signed-in confirmed setup uploads photos to private Cloudflare R2 storage for up to 24 hours without sending them to an AI provider. For a live generation, API Mart is the primary provider and Kie API is the fallback; the provider selected for an attempt receives temporary signed photo links and generation instructions. Live-task source photos are scheduled for first-party deletion approximately 48 hours after completion or failure; provider-controlled copies and logs follow the separate limits in the canonical policy.
