# AI Coffee Fail — Refund Policy

Purpose: Review unused-pack refunds, failed-task releases, quality reviews, and shutdown refunds.

Checkout may be unavailable. When pricing is labeled as a preview, selecting a package does not create an order or add credits; the policy applies to qualifying completed PayPal purchases.

One-time credit packs may receive a full refund when support receives the request within seven days after completed PayPal payment and none of that pack's credits have been consumed. Failed, blocked or invalid generation tasks release reserved credits automatically; that release is not a cash refund.

For a completed task with a required subject missing or clearly replaced, an absent core coffee-mishap sequence, or a materially corrupted file, request a quality review within 48 hours. Confirmed cases receive the 10 credits used for 480p or 20 credits used for 720p as a separately recorded grant that expires 365 days after it is issued.
