# AI Coffee Fail — Terms summary

Canonical HTML page: [https://aicoffeefail.org/terms](https://aicoffeefail.org/terms)
Document type: public usage summary.
Last substantive review: 2026-11-02 (Asia/Shanghai).
Purpose: Review photo permissions, acceptable use, and service limits.

Use only photos you are authorized to upload and process. Every depicted person must be a consenting adult aged 18 or older. Do not use the generator for deception, harassment, unauthorized impersonation, or unlawful content. A public image is not automatically licensed for AI processing.

Checkout and live generation may be unavailable. When pricing is labeled as a preview, selecting a package does not create an order, add credits, or start a generation.

Buying credits does not purchase rights to a likeness. Purchased credits expire 365 days after completed payment. API Mart is the primary live-generation provider and Kie API is the fallback; provider limitations are disclosed in the Privacy Policy. Review every generated result before sharing because faces, bodies, hands or paws, clothing, backgrounds, props, audio, and motion can differ from the inputs. Read the [canonical Terms of Service](https://aicoffeefail.org/terms) for eligibility, content rules, liability, and contact details.
