We built this around one simple coffee-mishap format: two people or two pets, a familiar coffee setting, and a short escalating spill sequence. Third-party trend references are not presented as results generated by this site.
Use your own eligible photo, an authorized adult's photo, or a pet you own or are authorized to depict. Do not upload an image merely because it is public online.

Photo-to-video generation
When live generation is available, the site uploads two authorized photos to private storage after sign-in and permission confirmation, reserves the required credits, and sends temporary signed photo links and generation instructions to API Mart as the primary provider or Kie API as the fallback.
Generated result
The selected provider generates a video from the submitted references. We validate the output, add the preset audio track, copy the final MP4 and thumbnail to private Cloudflare R2 storage, and make them available only through the account that created the task.
The final video includes the preset audio track. Generative results can vary in identity, anatomy, clothing, props, liquid motion, timing and background details.
How we approach it
Know the cost before you submit
When checkout and live generation are enabled, credit packs are one-time PayPal purchases in USD. A 480p generation reserves 10 credits and a 720p generation reserves 20; credits are charged only after a completed output is stored. If pricing is labeled as a preview, selecting a pack does not create an order or add credits.
Our no-training commitment and provider limits
The workflow uses account authentication, Neon records and private Cloudflare R2 storage. A live generation sends temporary signed photo links and the required instructions to API Mart as the primary provider or Kie API as the fallback; a saved non-generation setup is not sent to either AI provider.
AI Coffee Fail Team does not use customer content to train or fine-tune models. API Mart, Kie API and their underlying model operators are separate processors whose published policies and deletion limits apply to their copies.
- We have not verified a provider commitment identical to our own no-training commitment.
- Kie documents retention for generated media and task logs. API Mart identifies prompts, inputs and outputs as Content Data, but neither provider publishes a complete retention and deletion period covering every input-photo copy and underlying model operator used by this workflow.
- Provider-controlled deletion requests require support review and cannot be represented as complete without provider confirmation.
We publish a final video in our examples only with separate permission.
